If there was no malintent, why was the camera covered? Just a “coincidence” to the lock being picked and people literally inside the property using facilities and stealing the owner’s possessions? It’s unlikely anything shown on that camera that far behind the theater would have compromised security. Even if there was, the acts shown constitute trespassing and vandalism in the absence of permission from the owner.
